Tessa Kreikemeier

Physician Assistant

Tessa is a diligent Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a proud member of the Society of Dermatology PAs. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences, graduating summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University (Go Buckeyes!) before completing her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies, also graduating summa cum laude, from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.



A St. Louis native who grew up alongside her four siblings, Tessa is excited to care for patients in the community she has always called home. Her passion for dermatology began while working as a medical assistant at Yoon Dermatology during her undergraduate years. She feels fortunate to now care for patients as a medical provider at the office where she first fell in love with the specialty.

She enjoys caring for patients of all ages, having completed both pediatric and geriatric clinical rotations during PA school. She is drawn to the complexity of dermatologic medicine and finds fulfillment in helping patients uncover answers, relieve discomfort, restore confidence, and maintain healthy skin throughout every stage of life.

Outside of her clinical work, Tessa enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and fiancé Drew, as well as their mini bernedoodle, Georgia. She values finding balance in everyday life and enjoys staying active, cooking, discovering new restaurants and craft cocktails, attending live music events, and taking road trips.
